This is the mission statement, the pitch, the 250 words or less to describe and explain Jake Jimmy Kenny. To be honest, the only mission I have ever had is to pay my bills and stay out of prison. And, to tell you the truth, I hear blues everywhere. Sure, flamenco and cuban jazz are cool and attract women like nobody's business. But I just don't hear it.  A highway full of trucks, nasty messages from the ex, the thumping business of getting it done, half the world crying for peace and the other half just trying to get a piece. This is what I hear and what I would say to you: "Be in this sound, in this moment with me". The website as you see has different pages. These are the different projects and formats of Jake Jimmy Kenny and all it assorted players: MOFAT, The Rickshaw Kids, Delta Downbeats, Blues Night and The Flying Lemmings. Each has a page for its own style, sound, and aura of live show if you will. In all of these varying styles that I hear, there is the same root. A root that every person can put down to.  Just a different flavor of fruit. Pick one.
